Jeanne Spencer, MD

Dr. Jeanne Spencer is a highly experienced and dedicated family medicine physician based in Johnstown, PA, affiliated with the Conemaugh Physician Group. She holds an MD degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Spencer is also a recognized fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, and the National Institute of Program Director Development. Additionally, she is an HIV Specialist certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Spencer has served as the Department Chair of Family Medicine since 2006 and is the Program Director of the Conemaugh Family Medicine Residency Program. She also leads the Ryan White Title 3 HIV Clinic as Medical Director. Her leadership roles extend to serving on boards such as the Cambria County Drug Coalition and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Drug Utilization Review Board. In recognition of her outstanding commitment to patient care, she received the Extra Mile Award from Conemaugh Health System in 2019.
